We introduce ourselves as an Indian company based at Kolkata,India and
engaged in manufacturing of replacement hydraulic cylinders for Atlas Copco
and Sandvik underground mining equipments.

We also manufacture replacement cylinders for surface mining equipments like
Excavators mfd by Hitachi, Samsung, Komatsu etc.


Our company started in 2006 is exclusively manufacturing Hydraulic Cylinders
for various applications like Earthmoving and Mining equipments, Steel,
Cement, Aluminium etc.


We have a state-of-the-art plant at Kolkata with all facilities in house
like Honing, Induction Hardening, Grinding, CNC turning, Testing etc. We are
ISO 9001:2008 certified by DNV.


Today we are supplying to all major mining industries,steel sector etc in
India as well as to major OEMs like VOLVO.


We have successfully replaced all OEM Hydraulic Cylinders in Atlas Copco and
Tamrock/Sandvik underground mining equipments with our customers for the
following equipments:


A) LHD/Scooptrams --ST 3.5, ST 710 ,ST 2D

B) Minetrucks-- MT 426, MT 431 B, MT 2010.

C) Others-- EJC 975 A , AXERA D 05, BOOMER 281 , Rock Breaker EC 60.


List of cylinders and components developed by us along with equipments is
enclosed.


We would welcome your enquiries for Hydraulic Cylinders as well as
components like piston rods, pistons, glands, seal kits etc. for these
cylinders.
