Subject: MTI VEIN RUNNER VR-1XSB SINGLE BOOM JUMBO

This jumbo was sold to a local tunneling contractor in April 2008. They
purchased it from the manufacturer MTI. It was supplied in "Rebuilt"
condition. The Pro Forma Invoice, specifications and bill of material for
the sale are attached. Pictures of the jumbo supplied by MTI prior to
shipment are also attached.

The jumbo was used to excavate 500' of small tunnel. The unit has been used
for 51 hours since the rebuild. It has been in indoor storage for the past
3.5 years. One year ago it was started to move it but the operator was
unaware that the motor had been drained of oil. The engine is now ceased.
Thieves also stole the electrical cable recently.

Approximately 2 - 3 weeks would be required to remove and replace the engine
with a new rebuilt Deutz F4L-912W engine and to replace the stolen
electrical cable.

The Price of the jumbo, supplied in 'as is' condition with the new rebuilt
engine and electrical cable installed, is $335,000.00 CAN, FCA Belleville,
Ontario Canada. Belleville is a 1.5 hour drive east of Toronto. You are
