1 Open Settings It's the grey app with gears usually located on your phone's home screen.

2 Tap your name. It's located at the top of the settings menu next to your profile image.

3 Tap the iTunes & App Store. It's next to the App Store icon.

4 Tap your Apple ID. It's at the top of "iTunes & App Store" menu.

5 Tap View Apple ID. It's at the top of the popup menu.

Type your password if prompted to do so.

6 Tap Subscriptions. It's located towards the bottom of the account settings menu under your Apple ID.

7 Tap your HBO Now subscription. If you don't see HBO Now in your lists of subscriptions, you may receive HBO Now through a different service provider, or you may be signed in with the wrong Apple ID.

8 Tap Cancel Subscription. It's the red text below your HBO Now subscription. Your HBO Now subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you are using an older version of iOS, be sure to turn off Automatic Renewal as well.

1. Go to HBONow. By going to HBO Now, you'll be able to find out where you subscribed to the service and get the right link to help you cancel your plan.

 

2. Log in to HBONow by tapping the Sign In button at the top-right of the screen. Input your email address and password.

 

3. Now that you're logged in, click on the Settings button at the top right of the screen.

 

 

4. See the option for Billing Information? Click that.

 

5. In this pane, HBO tells you the service from which you've subscribed to HBO Now. It'll also tell you when your subscription is up and how much you're paying for access to the service. Click Manage Your Subscription.

 

6. This is where things can differ. Depending on the service you chose to subscribe to HBO Now on, the instructions for actually canceling the service can differ. Below, we'll walk you through turning off an HBO Now subscription from Apple's platforms, as well as several others, like Roku, Google Play and PlayStation Vue.

 

7. If you actually subscribed to HBO Now from the service itself, you won't need to go anywhere. Instead, you'll see a toggle for your subscription's auto-renewal. Toggle the setting to Auto-Renew Off and your HBO Now subscription will be canceled.

Open the Play Store app with HBO Max installed on an Android phone or tablet. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner. Choose Subscriptions from the Payments & Subscriptions menu. Choose Cancel Subscription after selecting HBO Max from your list of subscriptions.
