Hello friends,
To remotely access your router from Windows computer-
1- Connect computer or Wi-Fi device to a different Wi-Fi network.
2- Click the genie icon on desktop or in the Windows taskbar.
3- Select Router Settings.
4- From the Login as menu, select Remote Access.
5- Type remote genie email and password and click the OK button.
6- The Wireless Settings window displays. The cloud icon Image displays on the window indicating that you can remotely manage the router.
7- At the bottom of the Wireless Settings window, make sure that the router you want to remotely manage is selected in the Router Model menu.
8- You can now access your router anywhere from your computer.
