How can access router without Internet?

Follow these steps:

  1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable.
  2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable.
  3. Find the router's IP address.
  4. Enter the IP address into the web browser.
  5. Login to the router.
  6. Connect the wired devices to the router.
  7. Login to the router.
  8. Set the DHCP range.
