1. Open the Smart Hub.
2. Using the navigational keys on your remote to highlight HBO GO.
3. Press the Tools button on your remote and then select Delete.
4. Search for HBO GO.
5. Select HBO GO to reinstall the app.
6. Once installed, select Run.
7. Sign in to HBO GO and see if the issue is resolved.
