Dont be so absolute about that topic. There are lots of legit platforms nowadays. Well, I don’t think so. I can completely understand why this question came to your mind. After seeing so many scams around, anyone can be doubtful. That’s why it is recommended to go for regulated brokers that have a proven record.
Moreover, demo accounts are for our practice only. It doesn’t make a difference whether they are manipulated or not. You are not risking any money and there is nothing to worry about.
That’s why as a forex trader for the last 5 years, I find it best for newbies to start small when they go live so that they can see the difference between demo trading and live trading risking a lot of money. Brokers like Fxview, XM, Alpari, and Hotforex have low account balance requirements. So, I find them quite suitable for new traders who don’t want to risk big money
