Do you know what sleep paralysis is? How can it be cured?

I recently experienced it myself, and I want to tell you that it is very scary. I don't wish sleep paralysis on anyone. After all, at that moment you cannot move or scream, and you have the horrible sight of someone looking at you or trying to strangle you in front of your eyes.

The first time I encountered sleep paralysis was when I was 18. I had just entered university, checked into the dormitory, and I plunged into all the pleasures of student life. Studying, constant hangouts with new friends, the first independent decisions - in general, the non-stop mode and a constant emotional lift. Apparently, this arrangement led to what happened. I'm not sure there is any cure for this. It's more likely to be caused by stress. It could also be that you're just uncomfortable sleeping in your bed and your body feels sick about it and, as a result, sleep paralysis occurs. Check out the mattresses here https://sleepissimple.com/bamboo-mattress-reviews and compare them to yours. If they are very different, then maybe it's the mattress.

When faced with sleep paralysis, a person often has intense fear because it is not clear what is going on. You are aware of yourself, you are aware that you are awake, but you cannot move your physical body. Many thoughts arise that you are dead! or paralyzed... If we don't know what is going on, of course we become afraid. There is a feeling of panic, of suffocation, and many people complain of a feeling of pressure on their chest. You may begin to hear some sounds, footsteps, feel someone's presence. In different countries there are many mystical, supernatural explanations for the state of sleep paralysis: they say that an evil spirit has settled on your chest and is trying to strangle you.
