There are some Similarities between  skilled worker visa uk and Indefinite Leave to Remain UK.

In order to apply for a skilled worker visa in Uk & Indefinite Leave to Remain in Uk both, an individual has to meet certain requirements.

Permanent Residence can be considered as the second type of skilled worker visa in Uk. To get it an individual must have obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain first and Permanent Residence can be considered as the second type of Indefinite Leave to Remain UK. To get permanent residence, an individual must have obtained a skilled worker visa first. They both are interdependent on each other.
