A user can configure the Smart Connect feature in the Linksys router using the Linksys app from a mobile device. Using the Smart Connect feature, you can robust the Wi-Fi speed of a network by automatically switching to a faster frequency band. The Smart connect is enabled by default in a router and is advised not to disable. It allows the router to maximize its Wi-Fi speed even to the devices connected to the linksyssmartwifi.com network.
