Hello everyone

I'm thinking of opening a restaurant in partnership with Mum. We've got around £50K. The building we're looking at isn't currently a restaurant, so planning permissions need to be submitted, new kitchen needs to be fitted, new seating area ...etc ...etc. I'm a little overwhlemd at the moment. What would be the best place to start? Do I start by filling in the Change of Use form for the building to get permission to turn it into restaurants? Or are there more useful points to start from? We have the concept of the restaurant pinned down, but it is the other stuff we're new to.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
