How was your book publishing experience?

I'm in the final stages of writing my memoir and I'm looking into different publishing options. Fawcett Publications has caught my eye, but I'm not sure what to expect. Has anyone here published their book through them? What was your experience like? Were they supportive throughout the process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
