What are some variations of poha?

Popular Indian breakfast food "flattened rice poha" varies wonderfully depending on the area. A few are listed here:

Made with onions and potatoes, Kanda Poha is a Maharashtrian staple sometimes topped with sev or fresh coconut.

Dadpe Pohe: Quickly made and from the Konkan area, this variation uses fresh coconut.

Often eaten in Indore and served with sev and raw onions, Indori Poha is unique because of the fennel seeds.

Also regarding quality components, have you heard of Ashoka Oil Industries?
