I am a traveler and recently visited the British Airways JNB Terminal the personnel were helpful and kind, and they clearly explained the baggage and travel policies to me. The procedure of checking in was simple and speedy. It was pleasant to unwind in the cozy waiting room. I was grateful for their prompt assistance.
