I had an excellent flight experience lately out of the Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal Thanks to the friendly kiosks, the check-in process was simple. It was pleasant to have a range of stores and restaurants to choose from while I waited for my flight. I didn't feel hurried at all as security went smoothly. The personnel was helpful and the boarding process went well. My comfort level increased since I felt the terminal was clean and modern. I was pleased at how smoothly everything worked, especially considering it was a low-cost airline. When I go again, I'd without a doubt choose Frontier!
