I had a fantastic time at the KLM Airlines Zurich Office. They really were very friendly and knowledgeable about both my flight change and baggage inquiry. They actually walked me through all my choices and made sure I completely understood everything. The location for the office was relatively straightforward to find at Zurich Airport, and the general feeling and atmosphere was quite calm and professional. I am very satisfied with the service and would surely recommend this office to whoever flies with KLM.
