Recently, I was in the Emirates Airlines St. Petersburg Office and I must say that I was highly impressed by the service. They were all very friendly and helpful; they explained all the flights and options of booking. The office is clean and comfortable with a pretty relaxed atmosphere. There is never any long waiting, and their staff is quick to attend to the requests. Generally speaking, it was a good experience, and I will recommend this office to anybody traveling with Emirates.
