What exactly are you worried about? :) The peculiarity of social casinos is that you do not lose anything. You play for virtual gold coins and sweeps coins that can be exchanged for many different prizes. My wife and I sometimes play at a sweepstakes casino - Sportzino, it has very good conditions and a great selection of games, you can check it out. Try the Hawaii Riches slots, they are the best in my opinion.
