This addition brings Smartworks' total footprint in Gurugram to over one million square feet, marking its fourth managed campus in the city, alongside existing locations at Golf View Corporate Towers, RK 4 Square, and ASF Insignia. Strategically situated along Golf Course Road, the new campus offers excellent connectivity via Gurgaon's Rapid Metro Line and major highways, with a plethora of amenities in the vicinity, including shopping malls, restaurants, schools, and healthcare services. Smartworks aims to make this center operational by February 2025, reflecting the growing demand for fully managed and serviced campuses.
