Hello! During our recent visit to the United Airlines Sydney office.  My family and I were quite pleased with the level of service. The personnel were friendly, accommodating, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our trip was made considerably simpler by their prompt and expert handling of a minor problem with our reservation. Finding such excellent customer service is always a comfort, particularly when traveling overseas. All in all, a fantastic United Airlines flight in Sydney! I heartily endorse it!
