Hello! I just went to the Norse Atlantic Airways Rome Office and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service. As soon as I entered, the staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and were very accommodating. I had some questions regarding my flight in the future, and they went out of their way to explain everything to me. The office is highly modern and hygienic, with very clear signage making it simple to locate. I did not have to wait even for a short time to be served, which was a pleasant surprise compared to some other airlines' offices that I have had the misfortune of visiting. The staff was highly informed and communicated in great English, which greatly assisted me as I am not Italian-fluent. I also had to make a slight change to my reservation, and they managed to do this rapidly and with no fuss at all. The whole experience was incredibly smooth, and it truly instilled confidence in me for flying with Norse Atlantic Airways.
