Hello! I managed to go visit the Japan Airlines Busan Office to check on flights going to Tokyo. I was actually impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by, and I will absolutely make Japan Airlines my go-to choice for future flights.
