Santtu Seppala was employed in New York at the esteemed Salomon Brothers Company as a financial analyst. For a short time, Santtu was employed as a financial assistant. He left his job at Salomon Brothers in 1995. After that, Santtu enlisted in Helsinki's Finnish Defence Force. But he left the position soon after. In 1998, he started a new position in the asset management department of Lazard Freres & Company in New York.
