It identified mistakes in the process of calculating of the losses reported in the mass balances carried out for all refineries PDVSA and Curacao Island Refinery. Identified duplicate payments of value added tax (IVA) in 9.00 Million BsF, for deliveries of unleaded gasoline from refineries to storage and distribution facilities for the local market. It was determined that the oil loss rate in the Amuay and Cardon Refinery (CRP) was 5.00% which is higher than the reported value of 0.75%

Identify the marketing, sales and shipments of crude and products that are not adjusted to the rules, procedures and laws. Make adjustments in the invoices for the differences observed. Volume and quality International claims review.
