Motor crane manouver saturday morning - hand over from the agency - sea - land. Manouver starts 8.00 in the morning and is done at 9.00 at 10.00 the motor is in the electric workshop with the "experts all over it".
Motor demounting diagnostics in electic workshop - suspected damage confirmed, starting of pulling out the coils saturday afternoon - sunday - van sent to fundition for rebuild.
Balance workshop, we had to move the rotor and the ventilator to Barranquilla (2 hours in car from Cartagena) to get a workshop that would meet our quality and timeline criteria.
We have 2 pieces to balance the van and the rotor.
Balancing on a IRD machine, workshop certified ISO and and with 5 German industry certificates.
People run night shift to accomodate the job

The workshop is assembling the motor.
All parts are in the shop - fully functional, tested, and approved.
Waiting for info from Agent:
- at what hour / day the loading unloading operations of Lillo Swan will allow taking the motor on board.
- To which point in the bay of Cartagena the motor needs to be moved for the land-sea craning manover that is organized by Agent.
