How to resolve Netflix Black Screen Issues?

Hi,

Follow these Step. It will help you to resolve this Problem.

 

1. Restart Your Device

 

1. Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.

2. While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it.

3. Plug your device back in.

4. Turn your device on with the power button.

5. Try Netflix again.

 

2. Sign Out Of Netflix

 

1. Begin from the Netflix home screen.

2. Navigate up and select Settings or the Gear icon .

3. Select Sign out.

4. Select Yes to confirm.

5. You will now be given the option to sign in as a different Netflix member.

It's most likely buffering. If your internet connection speed is insufficient it could cause your signal to be insufficient to stream the data to your system fast enough to create a continuous, uninterrupted picture. If you are watching on your computer, could it be a screen saver feature such as screen sleep mode. It is a power saving feature that will put your screen to sleep if no mouse activity is detected after a certain amount of time. This is separate from the actual screen saver.
