Setting up the Belkin router without using the Setup CD
  1. Connect your computer to the modem using an ethernet cable without the router installed.
  2. Verify if your computer is getting an internet connection by accessing a website.
  3. Connect your modem to the WAN or Internet (modem) port of the router.
