Restart Netflix on device- 1- Unplug device from power for at least 1 minute. 2- While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it. 3- Plug device back in. 4- Turn device on. 5- Try Netflix again. For more info- Netflix Help Netflix Activate www Netflix Com
