Hello,
Soft Reset - Arlo Go
  1. From the top menu, tap or click Settings (upper-right, to the right of Mode).
  2. Tap or click the appropriate camera. Multiple cameras may appear.
  3. Tap or click Restart. May require scrolling to the bottom.
  4. To confirm, tap Restart. Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
