Hello friends, To fix error code 014 on Roku- 1- Connect Roku to cable modem or to router using an Ethernet cable. 2- Complete the setup for an Ethernet connection in the Roku settings. 3- After choosing the wireless option, choose network. 4- Input password (remember, case matters!). 5- You should now be connected to wireless network. 6- While Ethernet connection is active (i.e. still connected to modem or router) go back to the Internet settings on the Roku and choose the wireless connection option.
