Custom earplugs that are regularly cleaned last longer than those that aren’t. Rinsing earplugs under warm water are often sufficient for cleaning. If desired, a mild soap solution may be used. Products that have detergents or solvents as bases should not be used to clean custom earplugs since they may damage the earplug over repeated use.
