Yeah, someone who goes to university for 5 to 6 years, then does at least another 5 years working as a doctor before becoming a GP, is definitely going to be told what to diagnose by a teenager…

a therapist does not diagnose mental disorders; you need to see a psychologist or psychiatrist I would recommend you australiacounselling . it is a misconception that if a therapist offers medication or refers you to therapy, then he has officially diagnosed you, sorry.

is there a reason you need it?

you need to tell your PT a good physical therapist will handle all of these things that are your suffering from. IF you need any guidance just do let me know. I will guide you properly.
