The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and move rather fast to answer all your questions as you book a ticket and adjust other flights. The process was easy and stress-free because everything was clearly explained. Finding the office was easy and is centrally located, so getting help if you need it is no big deal. The fares are also very reasonable, and some really great offers are in the pipeline. I shall always recommend the Lima office for hassle-free and friendly service.
