I had a great experience when I recently went to the LOT Polish Airlines office In addition to helping me with my flight adjustments and responding to all of my inquiries, the staff was really kind and helpful. They gave me excellent travel advice and transparent information regarding baggage regulations. The procedure ran smoothly and effectively since the office was tidy and orderly. I felt content and assured with my travel arrangements when I departed. For anyone flying with a LOT, I heartily suggest this office!
