Hello, My name is Jems Carl. I had an excellent experience at British Airways IHR Terminal The check-in procedure was swift and easy, with helpful staff guiding passengers through the steps. The station itself was modern and clean, with lots of seating and great amenities including a peaceful lounge. Security was effective, and I appreciated the obvious signage. Boarding was on time, and the flight staff was attentive and professional. Overall, the journey was seamless and comfortable from beginning to end. I was quite happy with the service!
