The KLM Airlines HEL Terminal is first-rate! The staff is helpful and the check-in process is quick and easy. It is simple to navigate the terminal because it is modern clean and well-organised. For waiting before your flight there is a cosy lounge with free Wi-Fi delectable refreshments and comfortable seats. The staff is courteous and professional and the service is excellent overall. My experience was easy and enjoyable and I heartily endorse it!
