This time, I had a comfortable flight from Etihad Airways SIN Terminal. There is a great deal of seriousness regarding being concerned and friendly on board. The lounge was all embracing with mouth-watering snackings and drinks, and check in passed off well. The trip included beautiful facilities, prompt service and all were so pleasant. From the point of view of a passenger, I did feel very valued. From what I can see Etihad are committed to an excellent standard of customer care. I would fly again without hesitation.
