I had an enjoyable and smooth journey with Etihad Airways PHL Terminal. The service was impressive starting from check-in till flight. The lounge was soothing, where one could rest without a disturbance, and the people there were very welcoming. I felt the onboard crew focused more on making sure everyone's needs were met. In future, I will opt for Etihad Airways to fly as I felt honored being a guest.
