I must say that my interaction with the Oman Air New York Office was excellent. The staff is really kind and nice; they helped me a lot with the reservation and answered all of my queries. The office is tidy and well-organized, which makes everything simpler and more efficient. Regarding my travel and other issues, they were direct and honest. I had a great overall experience with their customer service, therefore I would suggest their New York office to anyone who has to travel in the future.
