The company has signed the lease for six years with annual rent at ₹94.68 crore, that is, monthly rent at ₹7.89 crore or ₹165 per sq ft.

The company will occupy six floors that include ground, and 794 car parking. A rental escalation is also included of 9% from November 2027. With the new move, the fourth managed campus from this company would enter Gurugram, thereby increasing the portfolio at Golf View Corporate Towers, RK 4 Square, and ASF Insignia. It is expected to come online sometime in February 2025.
