In January 2025, a leading co-working operatormarked its expansion in Gurugram throughthe leasing ofabout 480,000 sqft of office space in DLF property, DLF City-Phase 5. The company has signed the lease for six years with annual rent at ₹94.68 crore, thatis, monthly rent at ₹7.89 crore or ₹165 per sqft.
The company willoccupy six floors thatinclude ground, and 794 car parking. A rental escalation is also included of 9% from November 2027.
